As a family-owned and operated Oklahoma garage door company, we have been providing quality services that our customers have come to trust for the past 36+ years. Description of Position:

 

Installers are required to service residential and commercial customers on a daily basis. Employees will be asked to install doors and openers, file paperwork, and any relevant construction work. Installers need to be:

• Capable of heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds)

• Comfortable on Ladders

• Ability to adhere to scheduling and attendance requirements

• Commitment to meeting high-quality standards

• Comfortable with hand and power tools

 

A successful candidate must possess:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Strong direct sales and decision-making skills

• Drive to consistently learn and improve

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (prefer NON-SMOKER as well) 

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Compensation: Hourly

• Steady work with overtime

• A great hourly rate (based on experience)

• Performance-based raise within the first 90 days
